Right of withdrawal
Withdraw from the contract
Did you buy a Project Pass, a Premium subscription or an AI credit pack and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal? This function sends your request to GAMECELSIOR and emails you a timestamped acknowledgement.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from payment. It no longer applies to the Project Pass or credit packs when you requested immediate access and waived this right at checkout. For the Premium subscription, the amount corresponding to the service already provided remains due. Any refund is made by Polar to the payment method used.
