These general terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RelocDesk platform, accessible at https://relocdesk.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. RelocDesk is a SaaS platform designed to help expatriates organize their relocation abroad by centralizing housing, school, and service research on an interactive map with AI-powered tools. RelocDesk is a service published by GAMECELSIOR, a French SAS with a share capital of €10,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 934 661 463, whose registered office is at 13B Avenue de la Motte-Picquet, 75007 Paris, France.
RelocDesk provides the following features: - Relocation project management: Create and organize projects for different destinations. - Interactive map: Add, visualize and manage places on a MapLibre-based map. - Kanban board: Organize places and tasks using drag-and-drop columns. - AI search: Find places, generate tasks and comparators using Google Gemini AI (subject to credit availability). - Budget tracking: Track relocation expenses by category, project and payer. - Price tracker: Compare prices across shops and scan receipts. - Comparison tables: Create and manage customizable offer comparisons. - Photo management: Upload and organize photos for each place. - Multilingual interface: Available in French, English, German and Spanish. The service is provided on a "best effort" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
By using RelocDesk, you agree to: - Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account. - Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account. - Use the service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. - Not upload illegal, harmful, defamatory or infringing content. - Not attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security measures. - Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without authorization. - Not abuse AI features (e.g., submitting harmful, illegal or abusive queries). - Respect the usage limits of your subscription plan. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Our content: The RelocDesk platform, its design, code, branding, and editorial content (including expatriation guides) are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without prior written consent. Your content: You retain ownership of all data and content you create on RelocDesk (projects, places, photos, notes, etc.). By uploading content to the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. AI-generated content: Content generated by AI features (place suggestions, task lists, comparators) is provided as-is for informational purposes. We make no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: - RelocDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. - We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of AI-generated content or third-party data (Google Places, maps). - We are not liable for decisions you make based on information found on or through the platform. - We are not responsible for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control. - Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. - We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using RelocDesk, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our privacy practices.
RelocDesk offers both free and paid plans. The features and limits of each plan are described on our Pricing page. - Free accounts are subject to usage limits (number of projects, places, AI credits). - Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes. - AI credits purchased in packs do not expire. Monthly credits included in paid plans are renewed each billing period and do not roll over. - You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. Account deletion will permanently remove all your data within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate your account if: - You violate these Terms. - You use the service for illegal or harmful purposes. - Your account has been inactive for more than 24 months. We will provide reasonable notice before termination, except in cases of serious violation.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of RelocDesk shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of RelocDesk after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
